Description

Under the Trees soap. A creamy white soap with the woodsy fresh scent of pine trees, fir needle and cedarwood. The top is lightly sprinkled with dried fruits, flower petals, seeds and leaves. Handmade, all-natural, plant-based soap, free of toxins and artificial ingredients. Nourishing for the body and face. Handcrafted in small batches.

Pine, fir needle, and cedarwood essential oils are uplifting, purifying, and have antibacterial properties. 

Each soap is wrapped in a label made of 100% recycled kraft paper with the ingredients listed on the back.  The soap is then carefully wrapped in tissue paper.

After the soap is made and cut into bars, the leftover ends are used for samples and guest soaps so none is wasted. Song of a Sparrow soap is made with RSPO Certified Sustainable Palm Oil. Sustainably farmed palm oil helps to reduce deforestation and poverty, and also protects and respects wildlife in palm oil-producing countries. 

Soap Ingredients

Pine essential oil, fir needle essential oil, cedarwood essential oil, olive oil, coconut oil, sustainably farmed palm oil, cocoa butter, distilled water, coconut milk, and botanicals (rose hips, lemongrass, hibiscus, peppermint, peppercorns, cranberry seeds and orange peel).

Note: All soap is made with lye. Lye is a natural substance made from wood ash. After the soap has saponified or cured, it contains no lye.

I make my soap in batches and because they are cut by hand, they vary slightly in weight and size.
