Why coconut-soy wax?
Coconut-soy wax is an all-natural, sustainable, colorless and odorless wax blend made from coconut oil and soy wax. It is considered to be one of the healthiest and best types of wax to make candles with because it is nontoxic, biodegradable, and doesn't produce as much soot as other types of wax. They are long lasting, burn clean, and environmentally friendly.
The wooden dough bowl is hand carved out of Spanish Oak. Originally, the dough bowl was a colonial staple, both beautiful and functional. In the 1800's these hand-carved wooden bowls were originally passed down and utilized frequently, since they were used to let bread dough rest and rise.
The inner part of the bowl candle is soaked in wax and is nonflammable. As with any candle, never leave the dough bowl candle burning unattended.

Burning Instructions
To get the most out of your bowl candle, you will need to let it burn for at least 4-5 hours or until most of the melted wax pool reaches the bowl. If you blow it out too soon, it will create a memory ring and will tunnel, leaving unused wax on the side. Let it cool completely for at least 2-3 hours in between lightings. ALWAYS trim the wicks before lighting, and never leave your candle burning unattended. Be sure it is in a place away from children, pets, anything flammable, and where there isn’t a draft. When you’re done with your candle, you can remove the wax by placing it in the freezer for a couple of hours, then take it out and the wax should pop right out. Any remaining wax can be removed with hot boiling water and then wiped off with a paper towel.
